Cut from a light cloth with a dry, almost paper-like hand. The lines stay clean so the pattern, seams, and drape read precisely. Proportion, collar shape, and pocket placement carry the piece. Each shirt settles differently with wear.

A light, tightly woven cotton selected for clarity and control. It holds line, stays crisp, and breathes easily. Imported directly from Japan.

100% organic Japanese cotton - clean in hand, comfortable against the skin.

Yarn-dyed stripe
Yarn-dyed before weaving, so the stripe is built into the cloth - not printed on the surface.
