Shipping and Processing

Ready-to-wear (in stock): ships in 5–7 business days.

Pre-order / made-to-order: ships in 2–4 weeks (estimate shown on the product page).
- Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Ships from Los Angeles via UPS/USPS/DHL.
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include our processing time.
- International orders: duties/taxes are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. We cannot mark shipments as gifts.
- Risk of loss/title passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us within 48 hours if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can make it right. Include clear photos and your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because we produce in small batches, we operate an exchange-forward policy.

United States: exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

International: exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Request approval (RMA) by emailing studio@lyteblu.com with your order number and the item/size you want. Returns without an RMA are not accepted.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

One exchange per order (subject to stock). If the requested item is unavailable, we issue store credit (no expiration).

Customer pays return shipping and must use a trackable service. Ship only to the RMA address (no lockers or pickup points).
Exceptions / Final-sale Items

Pre-order / made-to-order pieces, numbered or limited editions, sale items, and accessories marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Ready-to-wear orders can be edited or cancelled if they haven’t shipped.

Pre-order / made-to-order orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after that they are Final Sale.

Refused or undeliverable packages (including incorrect addresses or unclaimed customs) are the customer’s responsibility and are treated as returns subject to this policy; original shipping and any return shipping are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received in original condition, store credit or an exchange will be issued. For approved defects/wrong items, we will repair, replace, or refund after inspection. Please allow standard bank/processor times for any refund to post.
Notes on Materials
Small variations in color/texture are inherent to our processes. Over-dyed and indigo garments may transfer color; this is not a defect.

Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA; venue and jurisdiction lie in Los Angeles County, California.
